Reported has shown that papaya is one of the natural tropical fruit that play an important role towards imunnity, digestion and disorder of the gastrointestinal tract.
Papaya is an excellent source of vitamin C as well  as vitamin E and vitamin A, Thses vitamins are very powerfull antioxidants that are good in reducing inflamation  and infectious diseases of the colon. It has a tendency to prevent cancer in organ and glands with epithelial tissue.
Papain and chymopapain are unique protein-digesting enzymes that aid in digestion of proteins in addition to healing of burns.
It also prevents constipation and has a highly beneficial effect upon stomach and intestine.
It’s a good source of fibers which lower high cholesterol level, prevent atherosclerosis and diabetic diseases.
